Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage
Swedish style massage reduces tension and stress by the uses of firm but gentle pressure of superficial layers of muscle in the body for the purpose of relaxation, and health maintenance.
DT-a variation of Swedish massage technique that is aimed at the deeper tissue structure of the muscle and connective tissue(fascia). Pressure will be more intense and focused, as the therapist works to release adhesions of "knots" caused by chronic muscle tension.

Specialty Massage
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage(MLD) is a therapeutic technique that gently assists the lymphatic system in circulating lymph fluid around the body. Helps to reduce swelling and improve aesthetic results by decreasing congestion of the tissue. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove toxins and waste from tissues. This is a light-pressure modality. It might not be good for you if you have other conditions, including: heart problems, kidney failure, undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, blood clots or infection.
We recommend to drink plenty of water in the hours leading to your session. Proper hydration aids in the elimination of toxins from your body.

Ashiatsu Bar Massage
A form of ancient Chinese therapy, is the deepest, most effective massage by the therapist using the feet and body weight to give the deepest massage possible that cannot be achieved with hands and elbows. The session is combine of Swedish and hot stone of cupping making this deep massage very relaxing and luxurious. Ashiatsu is good for athletes or people with chronic low and upper back pain, sciatica, and tight hamstrings.

Thai Table Massage
Thai massage is a traditional form of bodywork which combines acupressure and meridian theory with passive yoga-like stretches. The therapist will gently move your body through a flow-like sequence designed to address your individual needs. Our Thai table massage is performed on a heated massage table, vs the traditional floor mat, which is more comfortable for people with chronic pain and limited mobility. Thai table massage is helpful for individuals wanting to reduce muscle tension, improve posture and freedom of motion.

Pregnancy Massage
Expectant mothers can safely enjoy relief and reduce tension and lower back pain during all stages of pregnancy. This service is performed side-lying with plenty of support pillows. Pure lavender essential oils is comes in the session ensuring the ultimate pampering experience for the mother to be. If your are pregnant, you must book this service. Post-op Lymphatic Drainage
Post-op manual lymphatic drainage help recover faster and find pain relief after surgery, ideal for reducing swelling, preventing or treating fibrosis, and speeding up recovery from procedures like liposuction, BBLs, tummy tucks, facelifts, and other plastic surgery. Our highly trained licensed therapists are ensuring every session is safe, gentle, and effective. Session should be started after medical release, once incisions have stopped draining (no drains) usually 1 week after the procedure.

Treatment Massage
This treatment is for those who are seeking pain relief, post-surgery recoveries or injury rehab for specific areas of soft tissue damage, therapeutic massage and corrective body work. We incorporate a variety of techniques, including: DT, Tuina, active and passive stretching, muscle energy technique, or myofascial release… chosen specifically for your condition. Hot/cold applications if appropriate.

Tuina Massage
Tuina is derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a relaxing yet energizing massage style. Practitioners use various techniques, including kneading, pressing, rolling, and stretching and manipulation techniques to achieve a therapeutic effect. Qi points and energic channels of the body are the focus for this manual medicine, holistically able to connect tissue and energy. This style of massage is indicated for many conditions such as frozen shoulder, herniated disk syndrome, whiplash, pain in most joint areas and is able to help with a variety of issues and aliments.

Thai Heated
Herbal Ball Massage

A selection of therapeutic herbs, including phrai, ginger, turmeric and lemongrass, are wrapped in a muslin compress, steamed and then the therapist uses the warm herbal ball in your massage treatment by applying the compress. Hot Stone Massage
Hot stones are used to massage the body, loosening fascia and knots.
We can massage any areas of your choice with active hot stone massage but we do not do full body stone placement. We use 4-6 stone for each session.
Hot stones are $15 additional to any massage that you choose.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that dates from as early as 3000 B.C. that utilizes suction cups on soft tissue to relax tight muscles and improve blood and energy flow throughout the body. The cups are placed over the traditional energy maridian points and can also be moved across the tissue, providing a unique massage experience. harmless superficial bruising may be caused with the most aggressive treatments, and is thought to be the negative energy elements exiting the body.
Cupping is $15 additional to any massage that you choose.
