Moxibustion: This Traditional Chinese Medicine technique involves gently warming specific acupuncture points with smoke from burning mug wort incense to further stimulate circulation, boost energy flow, and banish cold from the body. Clients typically report experiencing a pleasant warming or tingling sensation.

Thai herbal ball: A selection of therapeutic herbs wrapped in a muslin compress, steamed and then uses the warm herbal ball in your massage treatment by applying the compress. It relieves aches, sprains, bruises, boosts both emotional and physical well-being, improves sleep.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture naturally lifts and tones the face, reducing wrinkles and tightening the skin. Unlike Botox, in which the botulinum toxin is injected to paralyze the face, acupuncture facials naturally helps your face achieve its ideal shape by promoting circulation, building collagen, and toning muscles.
A treatment also addresses underlying conditions to not only help you look but also feel years younger.

Treatment includes:
Facial massage, guasha and cupping using skin nourishing jojoba oil. Facial acupuncture to target areas of concern, and body acupuncture to optimize physical and emotional well- being. A customized face yoga and facial massage routine to do at home.

Individual responses may vary, and the rejuvenating benefits of cosmetic acupuncture are cumulative. Temporary improvements can be observed after one treatment, and longer-lasting more dramatic results begin to appear after 5 treatments, once or twice a week is recommended. After completing the initial 10 treatment course, maintenance sessions every four to eight weeks can help prolong the results.

Cautions and Contraindications:
Please let the acupuncturist know if you are pregnant or trying to conceive so that your treatment plan can be adjusted appropriately. Facial acupuncture should be avoided if you have active skin infections, open wounds, or cold sores. If you've recently had facial fillers, Botox injections or any other cosmetic/dermatological procedure on the face, wait at least two weeks before getting facial acupuncture. If you have severe acne or rosacea, or any other concerns, please call or send an email to discuss your specific situation with the acupuncturist before scheduling.
